Snow Shaved Ice Dessert

The first time I went to Taiwan, their desserts caught my attention. I simply loved it! I'm not sure if anybody else would be as crazy as me about ice desserts, but I just want to say that God is a wonderful God who is extremely creative to come out with this kind of desserts.

I've never really fancied desserts until I went to Taiwan. Seriously, even when I came back, none of the desserts in Singapore could be compared to those over there. One thing for sure, every bowl of ice dessert I had in Taiwan was value for money. A large bowl of it would only cost something like $1, when it'll probably cost $3-4 in Singapore. That's the second reason why I loved it.

The ice is much smoother and smaller, less crunchy and the toppings are much more than what we have here in Singapore. Furthermore, they have many more varieties to choose. That's the most exciting thing, because you can even choose your own toppings. These toppings include sweet potatoes, green bean, red bean, fen yuan, zhen zhu and more.

Here's a picture that I took on the last night while I was in Taiwan a month ago:

What do you think?
This is actually green tea shaved ice with red beans. It is fantastic!!!

Saliva dripping already?
Haha! I hope it comes to Singapore soon!

Comments:
Ok, I know some of you would be thinking that we have it here in Singapore already, but isn't it uncommon?

Well, let's wait and see!
